I was at one of <a href="http://chairmanstef.blogspot.com/2007/11/squeeeeeeahem-i-meana-night-with.html" rel="nofollow">Ruhlman's demos earlier this month</a> and it was fantastic. Our food was a bit different than you got...maple ice cream?! Jealous! And that salame sounds devine. But no matter what was served, the experience of seeing/hearing Michael and his stories was awesome! I like his hair all long and stuff. I think those dudes on his blog are just jealous.
